Less Laws, More Enforcement

From terrorism to tax evasion, it's all too easy for politicians to reach for the option of passing some new law to deal with a crisis or potential political embarrassment. Yet, often, the real problem is not a gap in the law, but enforcement of laws already on the statute book.
