The Show Must Go On
On Saturday, despite the rain, the West End Esher Summer Show pulled off another great event. It must be demoralising for the organisers - after all that hard work - to have the heavens open up. But, it didn't stop Donald Mungall and his brilliant team from putting on a great show.
The flower competition took centre stage as always, but there was a whole lot more going on as well - from clowns and a bouncy castle, to children's sports and classic cars. I had the honour of presenting the prizes - as pictured below - and thoroughly enjoyed what is always a great family and community day.
