Old Paulines in Thames Ditton
Today, I joined Tim Cunis, ex-Chair of Old Pauline rugby club to watch the first eleven take on league leaders, the Old Tiffinians. It was a good, competitive, game - but the league front-runners showed why they are top dogs with a convincing win.
We were joined by Richard Holman and Nick Carr, who took me for a tour of Colets health club, set up to help bring in additional revenue. The gym, pool and crèche are excellent. It is a great combination of a longstanding club, with a rich heritage, that has secured its future by running a commercial operation that has proved very popular locally in the Dittons area.
