Last week, the Federation of Small Businesses and June Trew organised a retail coffee morning at June's gallery, Trew Art, on Claygate parade. Local retailers and businessmen popped by for a chat and a coffee, a good opportunity for me to hear from people about what's going on locally and the pressures facing the retail trade.
